Litter Box Accessories & Replacement Parts
Liners, deodorizers, litter mats, covers and replacement parts that keep your self-cleaning or traditional litter box clean and running.
Litter Box Accessories
The right accessories make a clean litter box easier to keep that way. Waste bin liners make emptying the drawer of a rotating or open-top self-cleaning box quick and mess-free, and deodorizer packs add another layer of odor control inside the sealed drawer. A litter mat at the entrance catches loose granules before they reach your floors, while a privacy cover gives shy cats a more enclosed space and helps keep scattered litter inside the box. For traditional boxes and quick spot cleaning, a stainless steel litter scoop rounds out the kit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which waste bin liners fit my self-cleaning litter box?
Liners are sized to each box’s waste drawer. Our rotating self-cleaning box and our clumping self-cleaning box share the same liners, and our open-top self-cleaning box uses its own larger liners. Self-cleaning rake boxes that use crystal litter trays don’t need liners, because waste is raked into a covered compartment in the tray. Check the compatible litter box listed on each liner product before you buy.
How often should I replace the deodorizer in my litter box?
Each two-pack of deodorizers is about a one-month supply for rotating and open-top self-cleaning boxes. Replace them on a regular schedule, ideally when you change the waste bin liner, so odor control inside the sealed drawer stays consistent.
Do I need a litter mat?
A litter mat isn’t required, but it’s one of the simplest ways to keep litter off your floors. Cats pick up granules on their paws as they step out of the box, and a textured mat at the entrance catches them. Litter mats come in multiple sizes, so choose one that extends past the entrance of your box.
What does a litter box privacy cover do?
A privacy cover gives your cat a more enclosed, private space, which many cats prefer, and it helps contain litter that would otherwise scatter outside the box. It’s a good fit for shy cats and for boxes in shared or high-traffic rooms. Check the compatible litter box listed on the product to make sure it fits your model.
My self-cleaning litter box stopped working. What should I check?
Start with the basics. Make sure the box is plugged in with the correct power adaptor and that the outlet works. Check that the waste drawer or crystal tray isn’t full, that nothing is blocking the rake or rotating drum, and that the box sits on a flat, level surface. If the adaptor is damaged or missing, you’ll find replacements on this page. Still having trouble? Contact our customer care team for help.
How do I find the right replacement adaptor?
Look for the model name and item number on your litter box’s label, then match it to the compatible litter box listed on each adaptor. Different generations of self-cleaning boxes use different adaptors, so check the match before you order rather than going by appearance.
Do you sell parts for older or discontinued litter boxes?
Yes, for select earlier models, including adaptors and repair kits for conveyor-style self-cleaning litter boxes. Availability can change as older parts sell out. If you don’t see the part you need, contact our customer care team to check what’s available for your model.
Do I need a litter scoop with a self-cleaning litter box?
Usually not, since a self-cleaning box removes waste for you. A scoop is still handy for traditional litter boxes, for removing solid waste from crystal litter in a regular pan and for quick spot cleaning around the box. A stainless steel scoop won’t absorb odors and is easy to rinse clean.
