DEFINITIONS
"Sweepstakes" – PetSafe Back to School Giveaway (Winners selected by Random Drawing)
"Cat Prize" – $100 Amazon Gift Card, FreshFeed, ScoopFree Crystal Pro, and Viva Pet Fountain
"Dog Prize" – $100 Amazon Gift Card, Comfort Harness Set, SmartFeed, Stay & Play, Viva Pet Fountain, and Chilly Penguin
"Cat Prize Value" – $660
"Dog Prize Value" – $670
"Start Date" – July 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time
"End Date" – August 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time
"Drawing Date" – On or about August 17, 2026
"Entry" – Completion of the official entry form via the link in the PetSafe Instagram bio and following the @PetSafe Instagram account during the Sweepstakes Period
By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you understand and will abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Radio Systems Corporation d/b/a PetSafe Brands having a principal place of business at 10427 PetSafe Way, Knoxville, TN 37932 (the "Sponsor").
PRIZE DESCRIPTION
Two (2) prizes will be awarded: one (1) Cat Prize and one (1) Dog Prize. At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor will have awarded the Prizes in accordance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules. The total value of the Cat Prize is approximately $660 and the total value of the Dog Prize is approximately $670. All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty, express or implied.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (each, an "Entrant"). Employees, officers, directors, or managers of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, or participating sponsors or promotional partners, or the immediate family (defined as current spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) of such individuals and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on July 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, an Entrant must, during the Sweepstakes Period: (1) visit the link in the PetSafe Instagram bio (@PetSafe), (2) complete and submit the official entry form, including providing their name, email address, and pet's name, and (3) follow the @PetSafe Instagram account. Only one (1) Entry per Entrant will be accepted; duplicate Entries will be disqualified. All content provided by the Entrant must not violate any copyright or other applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically corrupted Entries. If a technical problem occurs during submission, the Entrant is solely responsible for verifying that their Entry was received. Sponsor has no obligation to acknowledge receipt of any Entry or to advise any Entrant of an incomplete or disqualified Entry.
WINNER SELECTION
Two (2) winners will be selected by random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or an authorized agent of the Sponsor on or about the Drawing Date -- one (1) winner for the Cat Prize drawing and one (1) winner for the Dog Prize drawing. Each drawing will be made from all eligible, complete Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
Sponsor will notify each winner by direct message to the winner's Instagram account within seventy-two (72) hours of the drawing. If a selected winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries. Each winner may be required to submit valid identification before the Prize is awarded.
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION
The Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, distributors, licensees, suppliers, and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the "Sponsor Affiliates") shall, except to the extent prohibited by law, have the right and permission to use the winner's name, submission, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotion, trade, and/or any other lawful purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission, or notification.
PRIVACY
Personally identifiable information collected through the entry form -- including name, email address, and pet's name -- will be used by the Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and to personalize marketing communications sent to Entrants following the Sweepstakes Period. This information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties. If an Entrant does not wish to receive future marketing communications from the Sponsor, the Entrant may opt out by sending written notice to PetSafe Brands Marketing -- Opt Out, 10427 PetSafe Way, Knoxville, TN 37932, or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any marketing email received.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SPONSOR, AND THE SPONSOR AFFILIATES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS AND AFFILIATES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY, LOSS, INJURY OR DEATH TO ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PARTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGE TO PERSONAL OR REAL PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY REASON OF THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR SUCH PARTY'S PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NEITHER THE SPONSOR NOR SPONSOR'S AFFILIATES, NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, HAS MADE OR IS IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE VALUE, QUALITY, CONDITION OR FITNESS OF ANY PRIZE. ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS."
GENERAL CONDITIONS
A. All foreign, federal, state, and local taxes on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
B. No substitution or transfer of any Prize is permitted.
C. Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute and/or seek damages from any person who damages or undermines the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
D. Each Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including attorney's fees), and liabilities, including settlements brought or asserted by any third party, due to or arising out of the Entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes.
E. Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part at its sole discretion.
F. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any action arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be filed in the United States District Court of record for Knox County, Tennessee, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
G. The odds of winning depend upon the number of qualified Entries received.
H. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
I. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted.
PRIZE WINNER LIST
To receive the names of the official Sweepstakes winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to "PetSafe Back to School Giveaway -- Winner Names" at 10427 PetSafe Way, Knoxville, TN 37932 within three (3) months of the End Date.
