At PetSafe, we work hard to get your order delivered quickly and safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and product availability.

For Canadian orders shipping from our Indianapolis distribution centre, estimated delivery times are generally:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
  • Remote or rural locations: up to 14 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods.

PetSafe may utilize multiple shipping carriers to provide the most efficient delivery experience. Carrier selection is determined at the time of shipment.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or there is an issue with delivery, please contact our Customer Care team before returning or replacing the item so we can assist with filing a claim and resolving the issue promptly.

Returns

For purchases made through other online or in-store retailers, please contact the retailer directly regarding their specific return policy.

For purchases made through PetSafe.com or by phone with our Customer Care team:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days for a refund of your purchase price.
