Guardian® GPS + Tracking is a pet fence system and location tracker that uses the My PetSafe® app and a GPS collar for your dog. You set up the GPS pet fence by downloading the app, connecting the collar to your Wi-Fi, and "drawing" a custom boundary with up to 32 digital fence posts on a map of your property in the app. The boundary is then saved to the collar. The collar continuously sends and receives GPS position data via local cellular networks, allowing you to track your pet in real time. With Guardian® GPS + Tracking, you can store up to 20 unique boundaries at home or anywhere you go. Our patented AccuGuard™ is the world's most accurate GPS fence technology. AccuGuard™ pairs GPS data with real-time motion detection for a steadfast boundary, ensuring your dog's safety and security.

If your dog tries to cross the set boundary, the collar responds with a warning tone followed by a safe static correction. This correction serves to catch your dog's attention and remind him to stay within the defined area.

When placing digital fence posts to create the boundary, ensure they are at least 25 feet away from off-limits areas like busy roads. Dense overhead tree coverage, like heavily wooded areas, may cause signal quality loss.

Each Guardian GPS + Tracking Dog Fence Collar is designed to support one dog. If you have multiple dogs, you'll need a collar and a subscription plan for each. However, our My PetSafe app allows you to manage an unlimited number of dogs on your account, providing a centralized and convenient way to keep track of all your pets' safety and freedom.

Guardian GPS + Tracking Dog Fence Collar is only compatible in properties larger than 3/4 acres. If your property is smaller, you can still protect and contain your pup without any wires by shopping our Stay & Play wireless fence options.
