Radio Systems Corporation® Certified a Great Place to Work® for Third Year in a Row

Based on feedback from nearly 500 employees, Radio Systems Corporation® receives certification as a great place to work in the U.S.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Sept 10, 2018 – Radio Systems Corporation®, a global leader in pet product solutions, has been named a great place to work for the third consecutive year by an independent research and consulting firm, Great Place to Work®. The Great Place to Work® certification process looks at extensive ratings provided through anonymous surveys of employees based in the U.S. The survey, which included all departments and job functions, asked employees to evaluate various parts of their job, including if they are proud to tell others they work there, if they are given a lot of responsibly, how they rate the atmosphere, and how they feel about their leadership team.

In addition to hanging out with office dogs, Radio Systems Corporation® offers teammates a unique set of programs and benefits. An on-site gym, medical clinic, dog park, and free fitness classes can be found at the company’s Knoxville, Tennessee headquarters. The “great atmosphere” received the highest rating at 97 percent with teammates saying the open-office environment is a key component to the culture, fostering collaboration and creativity. Dogs and their owners are often seen working together.

A total of 489 surveys were completed by Radio Systems Corporation® teammates based in the U.S. The company has 745 teammates globally, with 421 in Knoxville, TN, and 163 in various locations across the U.S.
