Manage Your Subscriptions

Yes! Once signed in to your account, head to the subscriptions tab then click Manage Subscription at the bottom of the desired subscription. From here, you can change the quantity, the frequency in which you receive your orders, or the next order date.

Once signed in to your PetSafe account you can select the Subscriptions tab to easily manage your subscription. Our new portal gives you the option to pause and cancel subscriptions, as well as change the quantity, the frequency in which you receive your orders, or the next order date. Click Manage Subscription after selecting the Subscriptions tab at the bottom of the desired subscription you'd like to change.

Once you select an initial subscription frequency, you can sign in to your PetSafe account and select the Subscriptions tab. Select Manage Subscription at the bottom of the desired subscription. From here, you can change the quantity, the frequency in which you receive your orders, or the next order date with more tailored options.
