RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Recurring Products

Radio Systems Corporation dba PetSafe Brands biedt verschillende productabonnementen aan, waaronder, maar niet beperkt tot, maandelijkse, tweemaandelijkse (elke andere maand), driemaandelijkse en jaarlijks terugkerende abonnementen (“Terugkerende Productabonnementen”). De producten die onderdeel zijn van een Terugkerend Productabonnement, en de aankoopprijs van Terugkerende Productabonnementen, staan vermeld op de Site en kunnen van tijd tot tijd door PetSafe Brands worden gewijzigd. We zullen u vooraf op de hoogte stellen van dergelijke wijzigingen.

When you purchase a Recurring Product Subscription, you will be asked to select deliveries on a monthly basis, bi-monthly basis (every other month), or quarterly basis (every three months, though not necessarily totalling four deliveries per calendar year, because your Recurring Product Subscription may not follow a calendar-quarter schedule, and, therefore, the term “quarterly” as used herein does not refer to calendar quarters). Recurring Product Subscriptions commence on the date that you submit your first purchase order, and deliveries shall be made every month, every other month, or every three months, on approximately the same day of the month in which you submit such order.

Recurring Product Subscriptions are automatically renewed on a monthly, bi-monthly (every other month), quarterly, or yearly basis, as applicable.

By purchasing a Recurring Product Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your Recurring Product Subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current Recurring Product Subscription rate, you agree that PetSafe Brands may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorisation from you, until you provide notice to PetSafe Brands that you wish to cancel your Recurring Product Subscription or to change your payment method. You further accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including, where applicable, any charges processed by PetSafe Brands after the expiration date of your payment card.

You may cancel your Recurring Product Subscriptions at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures, or by emailing us at legal@petsafe.net.

PetSafe Brands reserves the right to change or discontinue Recurring Product Subscriptions at our discretion. We may make these changes at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation in a Recurring Subscription will constitute your acceptance of these terms including the automatic renewal provisions above.

Recurring Services

The terms of this policy apply to the extent you purchase a subscription for connectivity services linked to a Product (“Connectivity Services”).

Special Offers. We may offer certain customers various trial subscriptions or other promotional offers for Connectivity Services, which are subject to the terms of such promotional offer, these terms, and our Terms and Conditions, except as otherwise stated in the promotional or trial offer. Trial subscribers may at any time choose not to continue to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.

Paid Monthly and Annual Subscriptions. When you first set up your Product for Connectivity Services, or at any time after you start using your Product, you may take advantage of the Connectivity Services by signing up for a monthly or annual paid subscription plan, which will continue until you or we cancel your subscription and the relevant period in which your subscription was cancelled concludes. These subscription plans grant you access to the Connectivity Services for each payment period until the end of the relevant period in which your subscription is cancelled. Your paid subscription will automatically begin immediately, or on the first day after the end of your applicable trial period, if you purchased your subscription on petsafe.com or invisiblefence.com.

Unless you inform us before a charge that you wish to cancel or do not want to auto-renew, you understand that your connectivity services will automatically continue and you authorise PetSafe Brands (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect the then-applicable subscription fees and any taxes for each successive term, using any payment method we have on record for you.

Subscription fees are billed or charged on the first day of the applicable subscription period. If any payment is not received, is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, PetSafe Brands reserves the right to cancel your Connectivity Services subscription unless you provide us with a new payment method. If you provide us with a new payment method and are successfully charged before your subscription is cancelled, your new subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

Annulering van abonnementsdiensten. U kunt uw Connectiviteitsdiensten op elk moment annuleren door in te loggen op uw account en de annuleringsprocedures te volgen, of door ons te e-mailen op legal@petsafe.net. Na uw annulering blijft u toegang houden tot de Connectiviteitsdiensten tot het einde van uw abonnementsperiode.
